I also had a personal experience that truly showcased the exceptional professionalism of their staff, which I’d like to highlight here: I traveled to Armenia from the U.S. to spend time with my parents, who were joining me from a neighboring country. We stayed in one of the Suites for nearly a week, and it was a truly memorable experience. Due to work commitments, I had to return to the U.S., while my parents stayed on a bit longer. I was a bit concerned about leaving them, especially since they don’t speak the language. I discussed this with Mr. Yegor, the reception manager, and he treated my parents as if they were his own. He addressed all their needs with a warm smile, ensuring they didn’t have a single worry during their stay—even though the hotel was quite busy with events. My parents never felt alone. Mr. Yegor kindly assisted them with taxis, coordinating with the drivers to ensure smooth transportation, and he even invited them to enjoy the beautiful shows and events, making sure they had a great time. I would like to thank you, Mr. Yegor, for your outstanding personality, attention to detail, and professionalism.
